I have always wanted to help people achieve their best life. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with an emphasis in physical education and athletic training.

I have been doing what I love –massage therapy—for the last 20 years. I am also a certified chiropractic assistant. While working on helping people improve their physical body has been rewarding, My personal journey in self-development has inspired me to help people grow and improve in all facets of their lives.
